Elizabeth Yeager is an at-large incumbent on the Wichita Falls school board in Texas. She won election, along with fellow challenger W.O. (Bill) Franklin, against incumbent Allyson Flack and challenger Kerry Don Maroney on May 10, 2014.

Yeager has her bachelor's degree from Sweet Briar College and her master's degree from The University of Texas. She lives in Wichita Falls and is active in numerous civic and charitable organizations, including the Perkins-Prothro Foundation, the WFISD Foundation, the Wichita Falls Symphony Orchestra and the First United Methodist Church. She has two children, Lara and Yeager.[1]

Campaign themes

Yeager stated publicly that she is against the district's $125 million bond proposal. On her Facebook page, she said that, "although there are many excellent components in the bond, I cannot support the high school plan."[3]
