Ella Smith
Ella Smith was a candidate for the District 4 seat on the DeKalb County Board of Education in Georgia. She lost the general election on May 20, 2014. She ran unsuccessfully for the District 2 seat in 2008 against Marshall Orson and Don McChesney.[1]

Funding
Smith reported no contributions or expenditures to the DeKalb County Department of Voter Registration and Elections, which left her campaign with $270.09 in debt from her previous campaigns.[2]

Smith ran unsuccessfully for the District 2 seat in 2008 against Marshall Orson and Don McChesney. McChesney defeated both Smith and Orson to win the seat.[1]
