Elliott F. Elam, Jr.
Elliott F. Elam, Jr. was a commissioner representing District 2 on the South Carolina Public Service Commission. He was appointed to the board on May 28, 2014, and began his term on July 1, 2014.[1]
Elam's term was set to expire on June 30, 2018, but he served in holdover status until the South Carolina General Assembly elected a new commissioner.[2] Florence Belser assumed the District 2 commissionership on February 19, 2019.[3]
Biography
Elam worked for 27 years as a law clerk, attorney, and consumer advocate with the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs.[1]
