Elly Dobbs
Elly Dobbs is a former Democratic member of the Georgia House of Representatives, representing District 53 from 2009 to 2013.
Biography
Dobbs' professional experience includes working as an attorney with Parker, Hudson & Rainer and the Dade County Court, as assistant attorney general with the Florida Department of Justice, as administrative review analyst with the Department of Family Services, and as an associate vice president of Sun Bank.
She is a member of the Alzheimer's Society of Atlanta Advisory Board, Emory Urology Department, Prevent Child Abuse Georgia, Roadsafe America Board of Directors, the Trinity Presbyterian Church, and is a Sunday school teacher.[1]

In 2008, Dobbs was elected to the Georgia House of Representatives District 53. Dobbs (D) ran unopposed and finished with 15,299 votes.[3] Dobbs raised $81,476 for her campaign fund.[4]
