An Elm Valley Joint Fire District Tax Levy question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Morrow and Delaware Counties, which are in Ohio, where it was approved.

This question would have authorized the Elm Valley Joint Fire District to increase property taxes by 0.97 mills ($0.97 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for 30 years in order to fund fire protection services.[1]
