Texas 341st District Court


Elma Teresa Salinas Ender was a judge for Texas District 341. She joined the court in 1983 after an appointment from Governor Bill White. At the time of appointment, Ender was the first Hispanic and the youngest woman to be appointed to the Texas district court.[1][2][3]

Ender retired from the court at the end of 2012.[2]

Education

Ender received a B.B.A. degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from St. Mary's University of San Antonio.[4]
