Elmer Floyd
Elmer Floyd (Democratic Party) was a member of the North Carolina House of Representatives, representing District 43. He assumed office in 2009. He left office on December 31, 2020.
Floyd (Democratic Party) ran for election to the North Carolina House of Representatives to represent District 42. He lost in the Democratic primary on March 5, 2024.
Biography
Floyd earned a B.S. in Early Childhood Education from Fayetteville State University. He was a human relations director for the City of Fayetteville before retirement. Floyd served in the United States Army from 1961 to 1963.
