Elmer Schnackenberg
Elmer Jacob Schnackenberg (1889-1968) was a federal judge for the United States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit.[1]
Schnackenberg received a recess appointment from President Dwight Eisenhower on November 17, 1953, to a seat vacated by Otto Kerner, Sr.; he was nominated on January 11, 1954, confirmed by the Senate on February 9, 1954, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on September 15, 1968.[1]
