Elton Kendall
Elton Joe Kendall (1954-present) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
Kendall was nominated to the Northern District of Texas by President George H.W. Bush on March 20, 1992, to a new seat created by 104 Stat. 5089; he was confirmed by the Senate on May 12, 1992, and received commission on May 15, 1992. He served the Northern District of Texas until his resignation on January 22, 2002.[1] Kendall was succeeded in this position by James Kinkeade.
