Elvin "Dee" Pradia is a Democratic District 2 representative on the Iberia Parish School Board in Louisiana. He was first elected to the office in 2002. He filed to run for re-election in the general election on November 4, 2014, but was unopposed at the close of the candidate qualifying period. He was re-elected without opposition on August 22, 2014. This marked Pradia's fourth consecutive election without opposition.

All 14 seats on the Iberia Parish School Board were scheduled for an election in 2014, but the only contested race in the parish was District 9. Incumbent Dana P. Dugas (R) faced challenger Quinten Adcock (R).[1]

District 1 incumbent Clara D. Carrier (D) did not file to run for re-election. Newcomer Nursey Ozenne McNeal (D) was elected without opposition to the seat. The remaining 12 seats were filed by the following incumbents elected without opposition: Elvin "Dee" Pradia (D) in District 2, Jesse "Jay" McDonald (I) in District 3, Thomas L. Jolivet (D) in District 4, Robbie John LeBlanc (I) in District 5, Kenneth Lockett Sr. (D) in District 6, Dan L. LeBlanc Sr. (R) in District 7, Edwin "Ed" J. Buford Jr. (I) in District 8, Rachel L. Segura (I) in District 10, Kathleen B. Rosamond (R) in District 11, Arthur L. Alexander (D) in District 12, Danny D. Segura (I) in District 13 and Kenric "Mushy" Fremin (R) in District 14.[1]
