Emanuel Brown
Emanuel Brown was an associate judge on the Eighth Circuit Court for Baltimore City in Maryland. He served as a judge on the court beginning December 28, 2007.[1][2] He retired from office October 16, 2023.
Education
Brown received an A.A. degree from Harford Community College in 1977, a B.A. degree in political science from the University of Baltimore in 1979, an M.P.A. degree in public administration from the University of Baltimore in 1981, and a J.D. degree from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1984.[1]
