Emily Martz
Emily Martz (Democratic Party) ran for election to the New York State Senate to represent District 45. She lost in the general election on November 6, 2018.
Martz also ran for election to the U.S. House to represent New York's 21st Congressional District. She lost in the Democratic primary on June 26, 2018.

Biography
Martz is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College and a former professor at the University of Delaware and Paul Smith’s College. She was later the Director of Operations and Finance at the Adirondack North Country Association, a non-profict economic development organization.[1]
