Emily S. Mueller was a judge for the Racine County Circuit Court, Branch 3, Wisconsin. She was appointed in 1992 and elected in 1993. Mueller was re-elected in 1999, 2005, 2011, and 2017.[1] She retired from the court in 2018.[2]

Education

Mueller earned both her B.S. and J.D. at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, in 1975 and 1978, respectively.[1]

Wisconsin held local judicial elections in 2017. Forty-eight circuit court seats were up for election on April 4, 2017. Three seats required primaries on February 21, 2017, with the top two vote recipients for each seat advancing to the April 4 general election. Thirty-seven seats up for election in 2017 were unopposed.[3] Incumbent Emily Mueller ran unopposed in the general election for the Branch 3 seat on the Racine County Circuit Court.
