Biography
Emily Scott earned a bachelor's degree from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College in 1977. Scott's career experience includes working as an archiving specialist with the Brotherhood of Railroad Signalmen. She has been affiliated with the Lions Club, Woodstock Museum, and United Food And Commercial Workers.[1]
