Biography

Emma Kerr-Carpenter was born in Watertown, New York. She earned a bachelor's degree in international relations and religion from Boston University in 2012. Her career experience includes teaching English in Brazil, working as a family support specialist, serving as a youth case manager, and working as a marketing and education coordinator.
