Biography
Emmanuel Amanfor earned a graduate degree from Drexel University in 2016. His career experience includes working as a contract compliance supervisor at the Division of Rehabilitative Programs for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. Amanfor has served as the Chair of the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency and as Vice Chair of the City of Sacramento Civil Service Personnel Board.[1][2]
