That experience introduced me into politics, and taught me a valuable life lesson. Your accent and racearen't necessarily a disqualifying factor when you are sincere and honest and hard working.

Lawmakers are paid for real work done and not paid out of your pocket while working for their Donors.
My first job was as a Student Speaker for Help Increase the Peace Program or HIPP for short. This was in
the ninth grade at Northeast High School on Cottman Avenue in Philadelphia. So, my check said $25 per
hour and this was in ninth grade. And I couldn't believe my eyes.
I held on to that job until the school year ended. School year ended and I was still out volunteering in the
summer and getting pay. I mean, honestly, why would any ninth grader want to give that up but I had to

County for the last years on "Tested and Trusted, Principled Leadership" only for Taxpayers to learn
through a WJCT New Article that Clay et al, sponsored a bill that gives away ONE million of Taxpayers'
dollars to ONE Charter School belonging to ONE of Clay Yarborough's Donors.
