My name is Emmanuel L Suarez. I'm a Third generation Hispanic American born in the United States. I'm blessed to be married to my wife of 27 years, who immigrated from Mexico. I have two children 25 and 17. I have a degree from Chaffey Community College and have certificates in Electronics and computers. I worked various trades from Electronics, computers, federal service as an officer for 13ys, ran a pool service business, and caretaker for our Autistic Son. I know the hard road many Americans have to take, from the 70+ hours work week just to make a living, to leave a job for an uncertain direction, or staying put when everything seems helpless. I understand having to sleep in your car waiting for your shift or saving small amounts of change hoping it will last until the next paycheck. Through hard times it was my faith and family that carried me. Life experiences from childhood through adulthood taught me to take what you are given and fight back. I gained the determination to stand and fight for my faith, my family, my values, and my country. Freedom is not free, life can be tough, I know firsthand the greatness that boils inside the great Melting pot we call the United States of America. I am blessed for the opportunities America has offered my family. I was raised to speak up when something's not right it's time to say something. to learn more about me go to http://www.poolmanforcongress.com
  • Overspending is overburdening our country; we are putting our kids and grandchildren in debt forever. Rather than making tough decisions, Washington insists on Taxing and spending its way out of the problems rather than refusing to fix the problem while showing little care and discipline in spending taxpayer money. Spending in the economy is best left to the private sector and businesses. Businesses are more efficient in spending than governments. They need to show profits or face the tangible outcome of bankruptcy. Wasteful spending weakens economic growth and the burden on the shoulders of hard-working Americans and small businesses in the form of higher taxes.
  • Law Enforcement has been an intricate part of keeping our communities strong and safe. I support our Law Enforcement to protect our communities and reject the notion of 'De-funding the police'. Our communities are overwhelmingly safer with police than without them. De-funding, dissolving, or drastically reorganizing our police forces Have led to huge increases in crime. People and business communities are now hostages as crime has increased significantly. High crime has contributed to a considerable loss of jobs. As businesses have packed up and left, people have moved to other states. I will work so first responders have the support and tools to keep our communities safe while peacefully protecting the right to assemble.
  • America was considered energy independent on his first day in office; Joe Biden canceled the Keystone XL Pipeline's building. He stopped the drilling on energy-rich federal land; the result was a loss of tens of thousands of jobs, and Gas prices have been increasing since. In the wake of the Russian war with Ukraine, Democrats have credited the continued increases in fuel prices Americans have to pay to the Russian invasion. Rather than re-establishing the once Keystone Project and opening up federal land again for drilling, Biden has sought to purchase oil from other countries, such as Venezuela, to ease the price at the gas pump. Democrats continue to push their Green New Deal, which will only add to the federal debt.
I strive for California to become the state it was when I was a child. the hub of technological innovation, A place people enjoy, can raise a family, A place where people see opportunity to become greet rather than having to flee to other states. A place where you can buy a home without the fear of losing it to because of taxes. A place where you can find a job and make a living enjoying life rather than being able to barley just survive. I will work to stop government overreach as regulating business suffer from overregulation and crippling taxes. we need to see that Our children's education needs are met, parents need to have school choice to ensure the future of our country secure through our children. We need to fight to ensure every American whether born or unborn rights are protected, I am against the the use of as politicians say reproductive health care which is a nice way of saying murder of innocent children's lives, America needs to protect those who can not speak for themselves. As crime is increasing we need to ensure our 2nd amendment rights are protected, with each passing day we come closer to losing those rights. it is the 2nd amendment that helps to ensure our other rights are not taken from us.
Martin Luther King Jr
he fought for the rights of Black Americans. but I see it as he didn't fight just black Americans but for all. he demonstrated that a movement can be started and won through non violent means, by assembling the masses of people striving to unite under a cause seeking to become one nation. his passion and determination to fight on during the fragile times is something that is carried in the American spirit. he united, was a compassionate and powerful speaker, a great man of faith, he influenced the power of those who were suppressed to help bring about a movement that has changed our country from that time on.
Honesty, wanting to serve your neighbors and family, if you can not serve you family and neighbors you have no right to service in office. willingness to work with others to make hard decisions that will be good for the country even if it is unpopular like cutting programs and spending. being open to suggestions and willing to work with others to build on those suggestions.
to server the people of their communities and ensure that their voice is heard.
the legacy I would like to leave is on who would fight to ensure the voices of those in his community were heard. A person who would Fight for others and put the needs and well being of those he represents before his own. I would want to be looked at as a husband first, a father second and then a voice for his community.
MacGyver his resourcefulness and ability to take what he is given and make the best of it to save the day.
its ability to change. when a house becomes to focused and determined to do things that only one party seeks to push it is then that we see people rising up to remove those who are in office. the dynamics that has currently been lost is politicians and those in power are pushing without working together. that is why change is coming
A representative needs to understand the people. they need to have life experiences that say I know where you have been and I know how it is to struggle or prosper from the policies that have ben enacted in our communities. is government experience beneficial, it is but it is life experience among the people that is even more valuable. A representative must be able to represent and understand their community to truly be from their communities, not looking from their house eating $25 pints of ice cream.
United States’ greatest challenges as a nation has to be taking back the reigns of leadership in the world.
our country has been weekend politically in the world stage. countries do not see the /united States as the world power it once was. Debt is consuming or nations economic ability to grow and the stability of the dollar is greatly compromised. Examples such as Afghanistan and bending to other nations demands to build pipelines as we cut our agreements with the keystone XL pipeline has demonstrated a country that would rather be dependent upon other countries rather than be independent. We need to be Energy Independent again like we were when President Trump was in office. we need to take center stage in becoming the cornerstone of international security. we need to become economically efficient once again as we seek to make the United States a top Economic power
I would like to be on committees that involve homelessness so I can work to ensure our veterans are not out on the streets in the cold. they protected us we need to protect them.
yes and there should also be term limits to a maximum of 8 years in total office
We have Politicians that have been in office for more than 30+ years. Do these politicians represent the people of their communities? Politics today seems more like how long I can maintain my position and how I can advance my place up the line. Many people think of politicians as someone who may say anything to stay in office. Many Americans feel there are two sets of standards. Some politicians may have a $25 pint of ice cream in the freezer as many people struggle to put food on the table. Questions come to mind do these politicians genuinely represent the people of their communities? Do we need a change from the past leadership? We cannot stay stuck in a never-ending fight over what you have versus what I have cycled in Washington. Washington needs to be held accountable with Term Limits, any possible inside trading, and for conflicts of interest that may happen. I will work for and support legislation that looks to enact term limits for all politicians.
Compromise is necessary for both parties to achieve a solution. no one person or group of people can achieve greatness without serving, empowering, and lifting up those around them. to do this we need to cross the isle to work together toward solutions. we can make the United States a green nation but we can not cut oil. we can work to lift up the poor and empower Americans to achieve financial greatness. we must understand we also need to, know when to stand our ground and be firm not to budge.
it is not about raising revenue it is about Overspending it overburdening our country; we are putting our kids and grandchildren in debt forever. Overspending is overburdening our country; we are putting our kids and grandchildren in debt forever. Washington needs to cut back on spending and make tough choices. This is not a game of kicking the can down the street and waiting for the next generation to pay the cost. Currently, wasteful spending has put our country further into debt, which adds to the nearly $30 Trillion that America owes. The approach Democrats have used to spend our way out of debt and print more money has contributed to current inflation rates and will add to higher taxes. I would work against wasteful spending in Congress, work to lower taxes, and push for smaller government.

Campaign website

Suarez's campaign website stated the following:

Stop Government Overspending

Overspending is overburdening our country; we are putting our kids and grandchildren in debt forever.

Law Enforcement

Law Enforcement has been an intricate part of keeping our communities strong and safe. Our first responders deserve our support and respect. They are and have protected us. Now it's time for us to protect them.

Gas Prices

America was considered energy independent on his first day in office; Joe Biden canceled the Keystone XL Pipeline's building. Democrats continue to push their Green New Deal, which will only add to the federal debt and contribute to increases in the cost of fuel. Rather than just cutting the switch to fossil fuels, as democrats have done, we need to move to make America once again energy independent. We Need to make our means of production and transport more efficient, as we once did. We do not need to stop investing in clean air technology, but we need to move toward it gradually.

Immigration

As a Third-generation Hispanic American born in the United States and husband to an immigrant, my family has realized the dream America offers to all who immigrate here. I'm blessed to be married to my wife of 27 years, who came to the United States from Mexico. People worldwide should be able to legally immigrate to our country, become citizens, and achieve the American Dream. Our immigration system is, however, broken and needs to be fixed. My family personally understands the experienced of having to go through the immigration process. The United States immigration process needs to be reformed. However, We need to ensure our borders are adequately protected and those who come to this country without legal documentation are treated fairly and compassionately.

Protect the 2nd Amendment

Democrats are pushing for more gun control measures even as I write this. Our Founding Fathers included the 2nd amendment to protect Americans from foreign and domestic enemies. It clearly states A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. As more firearm restrictions are imposed on honest, hard-working Americans, our 2nd amendment rights are further restricted, all in the name of safety. Criminals, however, will disregard gun control restrictions and continue illegal purchases leaving law-abiding people left to fend for themselves in a system becoming ever more closed off. Crime rates have risen caused of the de-fund police movement; honest people are finding they are much less safe and secure in their own homes. As people seek to arm themselves for protection, they are now finding obstacles that may prevent them. I will fight to oppose gun restrictions that protect the American People

Push for Term Limits

I will work for and support legislation that looks to enact term limits for all politicians.[2]
