Biography
Emmanuela Perez-Cassius earned a B.A. in English from the University of the Virgin Islands. Perez-Cassius' career experience includes working as a special education para-professional with the Virgin Islands Department of Education, an assistant director of Beacon Schools of the Virgin Islands, and the director of programming of the Caribbean Centers for Boys & Girls, Virgin Islands.[1]
