Endicott Town Special Tax Levy Propositions, 2 (November 2012)

Two Endicott Town Special Tax Levy propositions were on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Whitman County, which is in Washington.
If approved, the first proposition authorizes the Town of Endicott to impose a special tax levy of $20,000 for street work and maintenance. This would be collected through property tax with a rate of an approximated $1.74 per $1,000 of assessed valuation.
If approved, the second proposition authorizes the Town of Endicott to impose a special tax levy of $7,000 in order to fund city park maintenance. This revenue will be collected through a property tax with a rate of approximately $0.61 per $1,000 of assessed valuation.[1]
