Function
The 2015 Missouri House rules described the function of this committee as outlined below.
“ | The Committee on Energy and the Environment may consider and report upon bills and matters referred to it regarding the regulation and administration of state policies by any agency or governmental unit conferred upon by the Missouri constitution or statutes regarding the development and protection of energy and environmental resources.[1][2] | ” |
