Eric Marshall was a 2014 Republican candidate for District 26 of the Hawaii House of Representatives.
Marshall previously ran for election to District 10 of the Hawaii State Senate in 2010 and 2012.

2012
Marshall's website highlighted the following campaign themes:

Adopting a Child
In a press release, Marshall said the Tuesday before the 2012 election that, if elected, he would use his legislative salary to adopt a child.[1]
Elections
2014
Elections for the Hawaii House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election took place on August 9, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was June 3, 2014. Incumbent Scott K. Saiki was unopposed in the Democratic primary, while Eric B. Marshall was unopposed in the Republican primary. Saiki defeated Marshall in the general election.[2][3][4]

Marshall ran in the 2012 election for Hawaii State Senate District 10. Marshall ran unopposed in the August 11 Republican primary and was defeated by District 9 incumbent Les Ihara, Jr. (D) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[5][6][7]

Marshall had no opposition in the September 18 primary. He lost to Brian Taniguchi (D) in the general election on November 2, 2010.[8]
