Eric Bassler (Republican Party) is a member of the Indiana State Senate, representing District 39. He assumed office on November 5, 2014. His current term ends on November 4, 2026.
Bassler (Republican Party) ran for re-election to the Indiana State Senate to represent District 39. He won in the general election on November 8, 2022.
Bassler was an at-large representative on the Washington City Council.
Biography
Bassler earned his bachelor's degree in Chemistry and Psychology and master's degree in economics from Indiana University. His professional experience includes working as a financial advisor at Edward Jones Investments.[1]

The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was February 7, 2014. Eric Bassler defeated incumbent John M. Waterman in the Republican primary and defeated Steve Lindsey (D), who filed to run on June 27, 2014, in the general election.[2][3][4]
