Eric Fleming is a judge of the Superior Court of San Francisco County in California. He assumed office in 2018. His current term ends on January 4, 2027.

Fleming won re-election for judge of the Superior Court of San Francisco County in California outright in the primary on March 3, 2020, after the primary and general election were canceled.

Biography

Fleming received a bachelor's degree from Tulane University and a J.D. from the University of San Francisco. He was the managing attorney at the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office from 2012 until 2017. Before that, he was an assistant district attorney from 2004 to 2012. His professional experience also includes working as an adjunct professor at the University of San Francisco School of Law, an editor's assistant at Yomiuri Shimbun, and an associate at Cooley Godward.[1]
