Eric G. Bruggink is a federal judge serving on senior status for the United States Court of Federal Claims. He joined the court in 1986 after being nominated by President Ronald Reagan. He took senior status in 2001.[1]

Education

Bruggink earned his B.A. in sociology from Auburn University in 1971, graduating cum laude. He earned an M.A. in 1972 and a J.D. from University of Alabama School of Law in 1975.[1]

Federal Claims

Bruggink was nominated to the United States Court of Federal Claims by President Ronald Reagan on April 15, 1986. Bruggink was confirmed by the Senate and entered duty on April 21, 1986. He served his full term and transitioned to senior status in 2001.[1]
