Education
Johnson received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland in 1976 and his J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1981.[1]
Career
Before he joined the Sixth Circuit Court, Johnson served as an associate judge on the 6th District Court of Maryland for Montgomery County from 1996 to 2000.[1]
