Eric M. Nakata was a judge of the Superior Court of San Bernardino County in California. He assumed office in 1998. He left office on January 2, 2023.

Nakata was appointed to the San Bernardino Municipal Court in 1995 and was elevated to the Superior Court in 1998 upon court unification. Nakata succeeded Stanley Hodge.[1]

Education

Nakata received a bachelor's degree from California State University, Northridge in 1978 and a J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law in 1982.[1]

Nakata was re-elected to another six-year term.[2]
