Eric Nelson (Colorado)
Eric Nelson was an at-large member of the Aurora Public Schools Board of Education in Colorado. Nelson assumed office in 2013. Nelson left office in 2017.
Nelson (Democratic Party) ran for election to the Colorado House of Representatives to represent District 42. Nelson did not appear on the ballot for the Democratic primary on June 28, 2022.
Nelson was a 2016 Democratic candidate for District 42 of the Colorado House of Representatives. He lost the general election.
Biography
Nelson earned bachelor's and master's degrees in psychology. He also earned a Ph.D. in organizational psychology from Southeastern University. Nelson is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He has owned and operated Global Family Insurance. Nelson has also worked as an adjunct professor at Colorado State University and the University of Colorado-Denver.[1][2]
