Eric Oemig
Eric Oemig (b. November 5, 1967) is a former Democratic member of the Washington State Senate, representing District 45 from 2007 to 2011. Oemig was previously a Democratic Precinct Committee Officer.[1]
Biography
Oemig earned his B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, in 1990.
Oemig worked as a software engineer for Tekton Software from 1986 to 1988. He also worked as a software engineer for Cyborg Games from 1986 to 1990. From 1991 to 1999 he worked as a development manager for Microsoft Corporation. He founded Omega Labs in 1999 and has worked in that position since.[2]

Eric Oemig ran for re-election to the Washington State Senate District 45 seat in 2010. He ran unopposed in the August 17 primary. He was defeated by Republican Andy Hill in the November 2, 2010, general election.[3]
