As the Mayor of the City of Shelton, I am thrilled to announce my candidacy for the 35th Representative Position Two. It's time for a fresh perspective and proactive leadership to address the pressing issues facing our community and state.

There has to be a better way to make progress than engaging in endless blame games. Let's come together, set aside differences, and focus on collaborative solutions to tackle the serious challenges of mental illness, homelessness, crime, and affordable housing. The increasing regulations and costs for building housing are hindering our progress and causing us to miss out on opportunities for better living conditions. It's time for change.

Join me in this journey towards a more united and effective approach to governance. Together, we can work towards a brighter future for all residents of State if Washington. Let's prioritize progress over politics and make a real difference.
  • Mental illness is a pressing issue that requires compassionate and practical solutions. It's heartbreaking to see individuals living in our parks and woods without proper care and support. They deserve a safe and suitable place to call home, where they can receive the help they need.

As candidate for 35th representative ,I am committed to finding a middle ground solution for those struggling with mental illness. We must work towards creating supportive housing options that provide a stable environment while offering necessary assistance and resources. Let's ensure that no one falls through the cracks and that everyone has access to the care they deserve.

Join me in advocating for a more inclusive and understanding approach to mental heal
  • Regulations should support growth, not hinder it. It's time to address the barriers that are impeding progress in our state and local communities. Let's come together and advocate for reasonable solutions to make housing affordable once again. Affordable housing is a fundamental need for our residents, and it's crucial that we take action to ensure that everyone has access to safe and affordable homes. By reevaluating and streamlining regulations, we can pave the way for more accessible housing options and foster economic growth in our communities. I am committed to fighting for policies that promote affordability and sustainability in housing. It's time to stand up and make our voices heard - enough is enough.
  • Local municipalities play a vital role in our communities, and it's essential that they receive their fair share of taxes to support local initiatives and services. I believe that the state should prioritize giving back more of the taxes earned in local municipalities to ensure that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently. By returning a greater portion of taxes to local governments, we can empower communities to address their unique needs and invest in essential services such as infrastructure, education, and public safety. This partnership between the state and local municipalities is crucial for fostering growth and prosperity at the grassroots level. I am dedicated to advocating for equitable tax distribution and ensuring

They should work together for what's best for the people and the state.
Well if we don't quit over spending, that's gonna be a different problem in the future.
Absolutely. We all need to work together seriously we all know what needs to be done. We just have different ways of getting there. There's always a middle ground.
Senator Sheldon of the 35th worked to get things done on both sides of the aisle.
I would like it to be an affordable housing bill.
I would have to say, housing, taxes, and mental illness.
I believe the legislature should be bound by the same rules they impose on local municipalities in the open public meeting act.
