Eric Palmer
Eric Palmer was a Democratic member of the Iowa House of Representatives, representing the 75th District from 2007 to 2011.
He is an Attorney with Palmer and Palmer, and has been a Judicial Magistrate.
Palmer is State Legal Counsel for the Jaycees, member of the Kiwanis, Mahaska County Democrats, Treasurer of Nelson Pioneer Farm Trust, member of the Oskaloosa Chamber of Commerce, Oskaloosa Municipal Housing Agency Board, and the William Penn University Alumni Board.[1]

Palmer lost his bid for re-election to the 75th District seat against Guy Vander Linden (R). Palmer had no opposition in the Democratic primary. The general election took place on November 2, 2010.[2]

2008
On November 4, 2008, Palmer was re-elected to the 75th District Seat in the Iowa House of Representatives, defeating Danny Carroll (R).[3] Palmer raised $364,170 for his campaign, while Carroll raised $215,540.[4]
