Eric Roberson (Florida)
Eric Roberson is a judge of the Florida 4th Circuit Court. His current term ends on January 7, 2031.
Roberson won re-election for judge of the Florida 4th Circuit Court outright in the general election on November 5, 2024, after the primary and general election were canceled.
Roberson was appointed by Gov. Rick Scott (R) on June 5, 2017, to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Judge Mark Hulsey.[1]
Biography
Roberson earned his undergraduate degree from the University of North Florida and his J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law. His professional experience includes work as an assistant state attorney for the Fourth Judicial Circuit and as an attorney in private practice.[2]
