Eric Wersching
Eric Wersching is a judge of the Superior Court of Orange County in California. He assumed office in 2021. His current term ends on January 8, 2029.
Wersching won re-election for judge of the Superior Court of Orange County in California outright in the primary on June 7, 2022, after the primary and general election were canceled.
Wersching was appointed to the court on July 9, 2021, by Gov. Gavin Newsom to replace Roger B. Robbins.[1]

Education
Wersching earned a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.[2]
Career
Wersching served as a Law Clerk for Melvin Brunetti at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit before working as an associate at Payne & Fears LLP. Prior to joining the bench, Wersching was a founding partner at Ross Wersching & Wolcott LLP.[2]
