Rouse graduated from Dobie High School in 1991. She received her bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University. She is a senior learning consultant. Her son, Evan, is a senior at Dobie High School. Her and her husband, Bobby, attend New Hope Church in Alvin, Texas.[1][2]
