Biography
Blaine received a bachelor's degree and a J.D. from the University of Dayton. At the time of his judicial appointment, he was an attorney at Wright & Schulte, LLC. His professional experience also includes serving as an acting magistrate and as a special assistant city prosecutor for the City of Vandalia.[1]
