I am running because there has been very little to no movement on this front in the 28 years that the job of Shadow Representative has been on the DC ballot. Is there anything you would like to add? Outside of pure partisanship, I can think of no reason why the residents of DC should re-elect an incumbent who has been unable to make any headway on the solitary project he was tasked with over his last four years in office.	”
