  • Election laws must be administered strictly by the Secretary of State
  • No certifications to modern electronic voting systems that have been proven to manipulate election results
  • Ban mail-in ballots and innovate the statewide voter registration system to make it transparent to the public
Clean, accurate elections that do not disenfranchise any voter. This can be achieved through a return to hand tallying paper ballots in small, manageable precincts, with paper pollbooks for registration. Using commercial off the shelf cameras a photo of the front and back of ballots could be immediately uploaded and auditable on the county website by the voter through a unique QR code or barcode.
The Secretary of State is responsible for administering election law throughout Minnesota.
