Estrada's professional experience includes working as a certified public accountant, corporate consultant, and product manager. She earned a bachelor's degree from Albany State University in 2005 and a graduate degree from Emory University Goizueta Business School in 2011.[1]

While involved with dozens of community-serving organizations and initiatives over the last two decades, Erika currently works with organizations that tackle tough problems including affordable housing and homelessness, small business development and community empowerment. She serves on the board of directors of Initiative for Affordable Housing, Historic Hills CDC, and Ladies of Favor Mentoring Program and Academy. She is also a Fulton County CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) and active member of the Atlanta Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
By profession, Erika is a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and accomplished business professional with leadership experience in corporate finance, strategy, management consulting and product management leadership roles. Erika is also a small business owner, having launched her own accounting and finance services company - AccuLedger.
Erika is a graduate of Albany State University and Emory University’s Goizueta Business School (MBA).

I am committed to making sure that all of our residents and stakeholders have a seat at the table to build relationships that tackle our toughest issues.
- Public Safety & Wellness - All District 3 and City of Atlanta residents deserve to feel safe and be well in their homes and anywhere else in our city. I look forward to hands-on work with my District 3 community residents, our first responders , business community and legislators on innovative, tangible solutions and partnerships to help our community feel safe now and in the long-term.
