I am a passionate leader, community advocate, and lifelong learner committed to building a stronger, more inclusive Harrisburg. With over 20 years of experience in education, civic engagement, and organizational leadership, I have dedicated my career to empowering others and advancing equitable opportunities for all.

As the CEO and Founder of E2E Consulting, I partner with local governments, nonprofits, and businesses to develop strategic solutions that promote community well-being, youth development, and economic mobility. A resident of Harrisburg, I am deeply invested in the town’s future and brings a collaborative, data-informed, and values-driven approach to leadership.

I have a Ph.D. in Psychology from NC State University and a proud alum of Florida A&M University where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and a Masters Degree in Community Psychology. I am ready to lead with integrity, experience, and a heart for service.
  • 1. Economic Development & Community Engagement

Why it matters: Strategic growth that reflects the values of Harrisburg is essential for a thriving, connected, and sustainable town.

    My commitment:

I am committed to fostering balanced development that supports our local economy while protecting the character of our community.
  • 2. Infrastructure & Traffic Solutions Why it matters: Harrisburg’s rapid growth has placed pressure on our roads, intersections, and stormwater systems. Proactive planning is critical to avoid gridlock and protect property. My commitment: I am committed to fostering key partnerships that are transparent and support our growth in a way that is safe and sustainable.
  • 3. Community Safety & Quality of Life Why it matters: Residents deserve safe neighborhoods, strong public services, and meaningful opportunities for recreation and connection. My commitment: is that our public safety departments are well-resourced and work to create inclusive spaces where residents of all ages and backgrounds feel connected and supported.
I'm passionate about policies that promote opportunity, inclusion, and access for all. My priorities include smart and balanced community development, strong support for youth and education, public safety, and transparent, resident-driven leadership. As a Harrisburg resident, I’m committed to helping our town grow in a way that reflects the values and needs of the entire community.
I look up to my grandmother, a woman of wisdom, strength, and quiet leadership. She led by example, making everyone feel seen and valued. From her, I learned the importance of faith, perseverance, and service. She didn’t need a title to lead—she led with love, integrity, and purpose. I carry her lessons with me, staying grounded in my values and using my voice to uplift others. I also admire local leaders who show up consistently, listen to their communities, and lead with humility and heart—fighting for fairness, inclusion, and opportunity for all.
The most important characteristics for an elected official are integrity, accountability, transparency, and a deep commitment to service. An effective leader listens before acting, communicates clearly, and makes decisions guided by both data and community input. They should be accessible, collaborative, and focused on solutions that benefit the entire community—not just a select few. At the core, it’s about doing what’s right, even when it’s not easy, and always putting people first.
I bring over 20 years of leadership and community engagement experience, with a proven record of uniting stakeholders and creating solutions that work. I lead with integrity, collaboration, and a commitment to equity.
The core responsibilities of a Town Council member include representing the interests of all residents, making informed decisions on policies, budgets, and development, and ensuring transparent, effective governance. It’s also about planning for growth, maintaining public safety and infrastructure, and preserving the character of the town while supporting progress. Most importantly, it’s about listening to the community, being accessible, and working collaboratively to improve quality of life for everyone in Harrisburg.
No, I don't think they need previous experience but I think anyone that wants to serve or hold an office should be open to listen, act in transparency, and be an advocate for equity, equality and doing what is right for their constituents.
The most helpful skills for this office are strategic planning, collaborative leadership, and community engagement. Council members should be able to analyze complex issues, build consensus among diverse stakeholders, and make data-informed decisions that balance growth with preserving our town’s character. Strong communication, transparency, and a commitment to representing all residents are essential for earning trust and driving positive change.
