Brewer is committed to bridging political divides and working across the aisle to find common sense solutions to the issues we face.- Extreme partisanship is harming our state. Typical politicians aren’t listening, and they haven’t gotten us where we need to be. Brewer believes politics should be different. She believes in honesty, listening and service – not just scheming to get re-elected.
The last few years, she’s spent a lot of time as an advocate at the state Capitol urging politicians to fund our schools and support our families. Instead, political infighting and corruption have wasted tax dollars and missed economic growth opportunities.
Most issues transcend party lines, such as improving education, growing our economy, and improving healthcare. Brewer is ready work together to find common sense solutions that do the most good. - As a small business owner, Brewer understands that family businesses are vital to our communities. To be successful, companies need healthy, skilled employees. And, families need good-paying jobs to achieve financial stability and insulate them from rising inflation. The strength of our economy is directly tied to our quality of life. The investments our state makes in great public schools and universities, accessible healthcare, reliable infrastructure, and affordable housing allow our businesses to grow while attracting new corporate ventures. Brewer will support our Oklahoma-based businesses in energy, tech, healthcare, payroll, manufacturing, and more, ensuring they have the workforce and infrastructure to grow.
- Brewer is a champion for public education. Public education is foundational to our democracy. Every student deserves an excellent neighborhood school with caring classroom teachers as promised in our state's constitution. The mass exodus of teachers from the classroom is our public schools’ greatest challenge. Dangerous politicians like Ryan Walter are harming our schools and our students. Brewer is prepared to hold him accountable for his mismanagement and division while shoring up the teacher pipeline to best serve our students.
