Erin Broderick was a 2014 Republican candidate for District 3 of the Illinois State Senate. He filed to run on June 2, 2014, but was removed from the ballot prior to the general election.

Elections for the Illinois State Senate took place in 2014. A primary election took place on March 18, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was December 2, 2013. Incumbent Mattie Hunter was set to face Larry D. Craddieth in the Democratic primary, but Craddieth was removed from the ballot on January 7, 2014, leaving Hunter unopposed. Hunter was unchallenged in the general election. Erin Broderick (R) filed to run on June 6 but was removed from the ballot shortly after.[1][2][3]
