Erin DeHart
Erin DeHart is a judge of the 27th Judicial District in Virginia. She was elected by the Virginia General Assembly in February 2015, to serve a six-year term commencing on July 1 of that year..[1][2] DeHart was reappointed in 2021 to another six-year term, set to expire on June 30, 2027.[3]
Education
DeHart received her undergraduate degree from Bluefield College and her J.D. from the Appalachian School of Law.[1]
Career
Prior to becoming a judge, DeHart served as the commonwealth attorney for Bland County, a position she was elected to in November 2011. She was previously an assistant prosecutor in Wythe and Pulaski counties.[1]
