Erin Fernandez-Ely was the judge for the Pitkin County Court in Colorado.[1] She was appointed in 2000 and served until her retirement from the court on October 31, 2021.[2]

Fernandez-Ely was retained to the Pitkin County Court, Colorado with 88.7 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [3]

Fernandez-Ely was retained in 2010 with 85.38 percent of the vote.[4]

Education

Fernandez-Ely earned her B.A. from Wellesley College in 1973 and her J.D. from the University of Florida in 1975.[5]

Career

Prior to joining the court, she was a prosecutor in Palm Beach County, Florida.[5]
