Biography
Mendenhall received a bachelor's degree in gender studies and a master’s degree in science and technology from the University of Utah. Her career experience includes co-founding and serving as policy director of the nonprofit organization Breathe Utah. Mendenhall previously served as chair of the Utah Air Quality Board.[3][4]
