  • District 7 is broken—and if we don’t act now, it will only get worse.

Since 2019, crime has spiraled out of control. Drugs, violence, murder, trafficking, gangs and homelessness are daily realities. More troubling is the erosion of basic decency and safety in our neighborhoods. I have buried too many victims of the cartel trades. Aiding the Administration, local and state law enforcement in destroying the trafficking industries that are ruining our district and its' families is a top priority for me.

The erosion of District 7 has been ignored for seven LONG years. Our community deserves better. Our families deserve to feel safe. Our children deserve a future right here in the district.
  • Our district needs jobs. We have too many unemployed residents that want to work. Energy/oil/gas, medical, food/beverage, education, technology and the arts are industries within the district that benefit the entire country. I'll work with my fellow representatives from BOTH parties, community and industry leaders to advance meaningful legislation that furthers these industries for the betterment of all. That said, we must ensure the emerging workforce is well-equipped to enter the job force. I will support legislation that directly supports our schools and teachers. Teachers deserve to have the tools they need to teach and students deserve to earn a solid education; including students of any age who wish learn a trade.
  • I will stand by taxpayers and champion fiscal responsibility throughout DC. We must streamline each agency to make it run more efficiently. Every agency should have a clearly articulated mission that never abandons legitimate public needs. If an agency fails to directly serve that mission, that agency should be spun off, sunset or consolidated. I speak in particular of the VA/Medicare/Medicaid programs. These systems are broken and must be retooled into streamlined programs. What were intended to be useful aids for our seniors, veterans and less fortunate neighbors have become formidable enemies full of bureaucratic bloat.
Fiscal responsibility, Mideast relations, border security and judicial.
