Ernest B. Fullwood

Ernest B. Fullwood was a superior court judge for the Second Division of the Superior Court, 5th Judicial District, serving both New Hanover and Pender counties in North Carolina. He became a superior court judge in 1988, and he retired on December 31, 2006.[1]
Education
Fullwood received his undergraduate degree in American history from Wilmington College (now the University of North Carolina Wilmington) in 1966 and his J.D. from North Carolina Central University Law School in 1972.
Career
After graduating from law school at North Carolina Central University Law School, he remained at the university and worked as a professor until 1976, after which he went into private practice.[1]
