Ernest Bart McDougal
Ernest Bart McDougal was the judge for the Erath County Court at Law in Texas.[1] He ran for re-election to the court in 2014 but was defeated in the primary on March 4.[2][3]

Primary: He was defeated in the Republican primary on March 4, 2014, receiving 44.9 percent of the vote. He competed against Blake Thompson.

McDougal won the Republican primary, receiving 59.1 percent of the vote. He was elected after running unopposed in the general election.[5][6]
