Ernest Allen Guinn (1905-1974) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.

Guinn was nominated to the Western District of Texas by President Lyndon Johnson on June 28, 1966, to a new seat created by 80 Stat. 75; he was confirmed by the Senate on July 22, 1966, and received commission on July 27, 1966. He served the Western District of Texas until his death on June 9, 1974.[1] Guinn was succeeded in this position by William Steele Sessions.
