Ernest J. Mullins
Ernest J. Mullins was a candidate for the Osceola County Court of Florida in 2012.[1]
2012 election
Mullins ran for election in the primary on Aug. 14, 2012, but was defeated by incumbent Judge Hal C. Epperson, Jr. after receiving 41.1 percent of the vote.[2][1][3]
