Ernesto Scorsone was a judge of the Kentucky 22nd Circuit Court 7th Division. He left office on November 30, 2021.

Scorsone was appointed to the court by Governor Steve Beshear on August 7, 2008, and elected to the court in November of that year.[1][2] [3]

Scorsone ran for re-election to the 22nd Judicial Circuit.
General: He was unopposed in the general election on November 4, 2014. [4] 

2008

Scorsone ran unopposed in the 2008 general election, winning a seat in Division 7 of the Twenty-Second Circuit.[2]

Education

Scorsone received both his undergraduate degree and his J.D. from the University of Kentucky.[5][6]

Career

Before his appointment to the court, Scorsone served as a state senator of the Kentucky State Senate from 1996 to 2008. He has also previously served on the Kentucky House of Representatives from 1985 to 1996 and worked as an attorney in private practice.[7]
